Why our social · 04 Reasons

What makes Creative Scope social
different.

Most agencies sell posts. We build audiences — posts are just the mechanism. Here’s the system.

Creative Scope social media team at work
01

Strategy first — channels, cadence, and what we won't post

Every platform is its own operating system. We pick the 2–3 that matter for your customer, set the cadence you can actually sustain, and decide — on paper — what's off-brand. Most brands lose on social because they post everywhere, badly. We'd rather own one channel than rent five.

  • Channel fit
  • Cadence
  • Brand guardrails
02

Content that earns the scroll

In-house production — concept, script, shoot, edit. Reels, shorts, statics, carousels, long-form. Built for platform-native feel, not repurposed ad creative. Shoot days stack weeks of content in a single afternoon, so the feed never goes quiet.

  • Shoot days
  • Short-form video
  • Carousels
03

Community management that sounds human

We respond to every comment within business hours — in a voice that sounds like your brand, not a chatbot. We don't run your DMs (those stay with you, where leads and sensitive conversations belong). Public-facing community is where we live.

  • Comments
  • Tone of voice
  • Public only
04

Growth that compounds — creators, platform SEO, and signal

Follower count is a vanity metric until it's the right followers. We layer creator partnerships, platform SEO (IG, TikTok, YouTube search), and trend detection to drive qualified growth — the kind that converts, not the kind that inflates a dashboard.

Scope of work · 05 Disciplines

A complete social system,
not a posting queue.

Organic social works when every layer is tuned in harmony. Here’s the full stack we run — pick one, or let us run it all.

01Strategy

Social Strategy

Channel fit, positioning, cadence, content pillars, and a 90-day plan you can actually see. The map everything else follows.

  • ✓ Channel + audience research
  • ✓ Content pillars + tone of voice
  • ✓ 90-day editorial calendar
  • ✓ Quarterly strategy review
Best for: brands re-launching, repositioning, or scaling past founder-led posting.
02Content Production

Content Production

In-house shoot days — concept, script, direct, edit. Reels, shorts, carousels, and statics built platform-native. Volume without the drop in quality.

  • ✓ Monthly or quarterly shoot days
  • ✓ Short-form video + carousels
  • ✓ Copywriting + captions
  • ✓ Platform-specific cutdowns
Best for: brands that want to own production instead of repurposing ad creative.
03Community

Community Management

Comments, tags, reposts, and public-facing conversation — handled in your brand voice within business hours. DMs stay on your side of the wall.

  • ✓ Comment + tag response (M–F)
  • ✓ UGC sourcing + reposts
  • ✓ Crisis flagging + escalation
  • ✓ Monthly voice-of-customer report
We do not manage DMs. Direct-message leads stay with your team.
04Creators & Influencers

Creator Partnerships

Outreach, briefs, negotiation, and management for the right voices — nano, micro, or category names. Paid, gifted, or affiliate, structured for real ROI.

  • ✓ Creator sourcing + vetting
  • ✓ Contracts + deliverables
  • ✓ Whitelisting / allowlisting setup
  • ✓ Performance + attribution tracking
Best for: DTC, hospitality, beauty, lifestyle, and B2B brands with a founder voice.
05Platform SEO

Platform SEO

IG, TikTok, and YouTube have their own search — and it’s where most of the long-tail discovery now lives. We optimise titles, captions, alt-text, and on-screen text for platform-native search.

  • ✓ Keyword research (IG/TT/YT)
  • ✓ Caption + hashtag architecture
  • ✓ On-screen text + alt-text
  • ✓ Topic cluster planning
Best for: brands chasing discovery beyond their existing follower base.
06Monthly reporting

Numbers that
actually matter.

Monthly reporting dashboards focused on qualified reach, saved + shared ratios, creator-driven attribution, and follower-to-customer movement. Vanity metrics are labelled vanity. You’ll always know what’s working.

Process · 05 Phases

From discovery
to compounding,
in 90 days.

Social doesn’t pop in week one. Month 1 is strategy + first shoot. Month 2 is signal. Month 3 is where the feed starts pulling its own weight — and keeps pulling for years after.

FAQ · 08 Questions

The honest answers.

Social has a reputation for being fluffy. Here’s what we tell every client on the first call — the same things a friend in the industry would tell you.

Ask us anything

Usually 2–3, not all of them. We pick based on where your buyer already is and what content you can realistically sustain. For most DTC and lifestyle brands that's Instagram + TikTok, sometimes YouTube. For B2B it's LinkedIn first, almost always. Spreading thin across five platforms is how brands lose on social — we'd rather own one channel than rent five.

No, and we won't. DMs are where leads, sensitive customer issues, and real conversations happen — that belongs on your side of the wall. We own public-facing community (comments, tags, reposts) in your brand voice during business hours. DMs stay with your team so nothing falls through the cracks.

We create. In-house shoot days — concept, script, direct, shoot, edit. Reels, shorts, carousels, statics. A single disciplined shoot day typically stacks 4–6 weeks of short-form content. If you have in-house creators, we'll work alongside them — but we don't do the “send us 30 photos and we'll make captions” model.

Most engagements start around $6,500/month for strategy + community + publishing, and step up from there with production and creator programs. Shoot days are scoped separately. We're not the right fit for brands looking for a $1,500/month “post 12 times a month” retainer — that model doesn't produce the kind of growth we stand behind.

Month 1 is strategy and the first shoot. Month 2 you start seeing format signal — what's working, what isn't. Month 3 is where the feed starts pulling its own weight, and from month 6 the compound curve gets obvious. Anyone promising viral growth in 30 days is either lying or about to burn your brand with a stunt.

Yes. Sourcing, vetting, briefs, contracts, whitelisting, and attribution — nano, micro, and category-name creators. We structure deals for real ROI, not follower count, and we're picky about voice fit. Gifting, paid, or affiliate — whichever makes sense for the product.

For publishing: Later, Metricool, or your in-house CMS if you have one. For analytics: native platform analytics + a Looker dashboard we build per client. For creators: modash + manual vetting. We're tool-agnostic — if you already have a stack you like, we'll work in it.

This page is organic only. We do run paid social separately — Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn — but it's a different engagement with different reporting. For organic social, we don't boost posts; it muddies the signal we use to optimise content. If you want paid social, we'll scope it as its own line.
