Paid Advertising FAQ
Does the agency fee include the ad budget for paid advertising?
No, the agency fee typically does not include the ad budget for paid advertising. The agency fee is typically charged for services such as creative development, account management, and other related services. The ad budget for paid advertising is usually an additional cost.
What kind of reporting and analysis do you provide for paid advertising campaigns?
Performance metrics for each ad campaign, including impressions, clicks, click-through-rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-impression (CPM), conversions, and cost-per-conversion (CPA). Multi-channel attribution analysis to measure the impact of your ads across different channels and platforms. ROI analysis to measure the return on investment of each campaign.
I don't know how much to budget for paid advertising. Can you tell me what we need and how much it will cost?
We typically ask all of our potential clients: “how much money do you have set aside for this project?” The purpose of this question is to give us an understanding of whether or not we can really help you. If you cannot tell us “how much money do you have set aside” we will provide an estimated range for you to review before moving into a proposal stage.
How do you measure success?
Cost per acquisition (CPA): Measure the cost of each customer acquired through your paid advertising campaigns. This metric helps you determine how much you are paying for each new customer. Traffic and conversion rate: Measure the success of your paid advertising campaigns by tracking the amount of visitors that come to your website or landing page, and the rate at which they convert into customers.
Branding FAQ
How long does it usually take to create a branding deck?
It depends on a couple of factors, one being the amount of information the client gives us. The more we know about your vision, the quicker it’ll be to build your brand. Another key factor is the budget; the bigger the budget, the more time typically spent on the deck. So it ultimately depends on each client and the logistics behind each project.

Logo packages come with both an original and reversed colour version logo, original and reversed colour icon, transparent (.png) versions of the logos, and lastly the original illustrator file (.ai) which is needed for printing/merchandise.

No, we just handle the design aspect but we do provide the necessary file types that are required when getting the logo printed by printing companies.
Do you guys cover the entire GTA for videography/photography services?

How much does a website cost?
There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components and functionalities; we design and develop custom websites specifically for your business or organization. We initiate our process with a free 1-hour consultation where we’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment.
How long does it take to create a website?
The timeframe it takes to create a fully functional website is based on several factors. Custom design and development work can take anywhere from 1 – 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions you require. Creative Strategy FAQ
What is the ideal word count for blog posts to see improved SEO?
The ideal length for a blog post can vary depending on the topic and audience. However, as a general rule, blog posts should be 800-1000 words in order to be considered ideal for search engine optimization and engagement.
Does social media marketing entail DM management?
Direct messaging and anything related to customer service is a more personable, around the clock experience, which is why we don’t take-on that component of social media management and encourage you or someone from your organization to be responsible for it.
Does the speed of the website play a factor in my website's SEO?
Yes, most definitely. The faster your website, the higher it ranks on search engines. Users tend to leave a website that takes too long to load, which can lead to a high bounce rate, and this is a negative signal for search engines.
For media production, does Creative Scope provide the studio space, models, actors, etc?
We can offer studio spaces, models, actors, etc if needed for an additional fee, otherwise your business will be expected to provide those assets.
